I’m here to help you feel less overwhelmed, stuck, hopeless or helpless. To help you quiet your brain/body, organize your thoughts, and figure out not just where all this stuff comes from, but what you can do about it. Sometimes I help people find answers inside themselves they already knew, sometimes I help people get outside of themselves and use insights from our fellow humans, from nature, science, spirituality, philosophy, you name it. I’m a straight talker, AND I don’t judge— literally, I can teach you how to use a nonjudgmental stance— and possibly most importantly, I bring some FUN to this process!

As a neurodivergent therapist, my passion lies in creating a safe and understanding space for neurodivergent clients. I believe that each person's journey is unique and deserves to be honored with empathy and respect. My approach is deeply rooted in the understanding that neurodiversity is not a disorder but a different way of experiencing and navigating the world. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and collaboration, where my clients feel heard and validated. I recognize the challenges that neurodivergent individuals may face in a society that often prioritizes conformity and aim to empower my clients.

For the past 14+ years I’ve worked directly with families, couples, adults, young adults and adolescent populations in inpatient, collegiate, and outpatient environments, with clinical and/or leadership experience gained at facilities including Devereux, Remuda Ranch, the Meadows, Grand Canyon University, the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, and Doorways Adolescent Clinic before moving exclusively to telehealth-only private practice. Currently I treat 18+ adults residing in Arizona or Pennsylvania.

Karisa Kloscak is a Licensed Professional Counselor in AZ and CA as well as a Yoga Teacher and Equine Assisted Psychotherapist specializing in trauma and crisis resolution models. She started her career in community mental health working with the Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) population. She has since grown to work with all levels of mental health.
