Welcome to Grace & Gratitude Counseling, PLLC. My desire is that you will find hope and healing throughout your journey. I have been working in the mental health and addiction field for 15 years. Additionally, I have worked in the education field for over 20 years. My expertise includes working in the areas of Christian counseling, trauma work, experiential therapy, mental health, relationships, family, and addiction. I also have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults. I spent time at the junior high and high school level teaching English, working as a guidance counselor, and as a social worker.

As a telehealth therapist, I utilize mindfulness, strength-based, and trauma-informed approaches to treat individuals across the life span navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and overall life transitions. I strive to provide a peaceful, comforting, and safe environment to recognize strengths and to overcome barriers that interfere with one's well being through the use of empathy and unconditional positive regard.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), working under the private agency: Becoming Transformed, LLC. I come from a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry, where I was able to apply my unique counseling skills in a diverse community of teaching, accounting/finance, analytics, and guidance for students and school leadership. I spend much of my spare time with family, serving in church leadership, reading/writing, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Chantal specializes in crisis and trauma with extensive knowledge and expertise working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem/body images struggles, and substance abuse.
