I have a passion for helping hurting people and restoring broken relationships. My goal is to come alongside hurting clients, and provide a safe and understanding place for them to share their burdens and address the issues that are causing them distress. I encourage, support, and guide clients into learning skills and developing tools that can assist them in accomplishing their counseling goals. I provide a Christian-based perspective for those seeking to integrate their Christian faith into the counseling process; however, I welcome the opportunity to work with any clients regardless of their spiritual beliefs.

I specialize in Marriage & Family Therapy and working with individuals, couples, & families to develop healthy communication strategies, address attachment & relational issues (i.e., infidelity, trust, trauma therapy, parenting, boundaries, separation/divorce), & decrease feelings of anxiety, depression, burnout, and distress. I utilize a systems perspective, which highlights processing our patterned experiences throughout our lives (relationships, anxiety, self-worth…), as well as have a variety of training within trauma and evidence-based modalities (i.e., EFT, DBT skills, EMDR, PIT training/Meadows-Trained, Prepare-Enrich)

If you are haunted by past trauma that doesn’t seem to get better with time, I am able to help you find relief. If your relationship has hit an all-time low, and you don't know if you can take it much longer, I can give you the tools to work through conflict and reclaim the love you have for one another. If having affairs or watching porn has gotten out of control for you or someone you love, together we can move toward healing for both you and your partner. If you’ve been disillusioned by religion and need to find a safe place to heal from spiritual abuse, I can walk with you as you find the kind of spirituality that works for you.

Sonoran Life Solutions is an outpatient counseling office with locations in Peoria and Goodyear. We offer some of the lowest private pay rates: $100 to see a Independently Licensed Therapist and $65 to see our amazing Life Coach or our counseling interns. We are a group of 21. We are licensed through the AZBBHE. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. We are open Mon-Fri 7a-9p and Sat from 8a-5p. We accept almost all insurance plans. We also accept most Employee Assistance Programs. SLS believes in making counseling services affordable for those who need it.
