Throughout the years, life events, both big and small, are inevitable. These events challenge and shape who we are and how we respond to others and situations. Occasionally, we begin to have large or abnormal responses to people or situations others would most likely not have. These responses can affect a multitude of areas in our lives. This can cause higher levels of depression, anxiety, OCD, negative self-esteem, weight gain/loss, and even suicidal thoughts.

I specialize in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or trauma to get to the root of their challenges so they can feel better for good. I have worked with hundreds of clients, from the simplest of life’s hang-ups to the darkest addiction and have seen miracles over and over in people’s lives; including myself. I earned my MS in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I work with adults working through addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.

At my private telepsychology practice I provide evidence-based assessment and psychological treatment services. I hold formal certifications in cognitive and behavioral approaches to psychotherapy (Diplomate - Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy), healthcare leadership, and telepsychology.

Although I consider myself a specialist in trauma issues, I have worked with clients across the lifespan on a broad range of needs. Some of the most common topics include life adjustments, ADHD, anxiety, grief, depressive disorders, parenting, relationships and PTSD. My therapy style is eclectic, warm, intuitive and interactive.
