In an effort to bridge the gaps which exist within the current mental health treatment and evaluation process, my psychiatrist partner and I have developed a comprehensive model which utilizes an interdisciplinary approach that combines the specialized work of psychology and psychiatry all in one agency. Prior to the development of our agency, my partner and I individually provided evaluation and treatment services in a variety of diverse settings throughout Maricopa County and abroad for over 10 years. Laressa is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and has been in the behavioral health field for over 6 years. She has experience working in crisis with a range of individuals: children and adults from all ethnic backgrounds and economic levels that may be having an acute crisis and/or struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and low self-esteem. If you have been exposed to any of those issues and feel it is impossible to move forward, she will provide a safe and confidential space for you to work on goals and identify tools to succeed.

Dr. Roberson specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of psychological issues. The typical age range of patients is 13-60 years. Parents need to attend the initial session with persons under 18. Treatment begins with a diagnostic and planning interview. Frequency of sessions and scheduling depends on patient needs. Traditional and cognitive therapies are adjusted to the types of issues discussed. At times, EMDR is used for patients who have experienced trauma. Sessions are held in a safe and comfortable environment, either in person or on Telehealth.
