I'm a licensed professional counselor originally from Dublin, Ireland. Two key components of my practice are the teachings of Pia Mellody and laughter. I believe therapy is a collaborative process whereby together we can find what issues are hindering you from being the best version of you and develop a skill set to help you overcome these blocks. I practice therapy through a trauma focused lens using the model of codependence, EMDR, SE & polyvagal theory. I aim to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for you to embark on your journey, with a few laughs along the way.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in the treatment of mood issues (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety, behavioral or academic problems, social skills deficits, trauma/grief issues, incontinence issues (enuresis and encopresis), and relationship difficulties. In addition, I work with children and families experiencing separation or divorce and other major life stressors, and I provide parenting skills training.

My job is to help you mend your relationship with yourself so that you can find and grow healthy connections with others. Together, we will work to discover the root of the problem while also investigating other issues often tied to intimacy disorders, such as addiction in all its forms, including substances, workaholism, sex, pornography, poor spending habits, and other addictive behaviors.
