She believes in a holistic approach and implements mindfulness, Internal Family Systems Parts work, and Motivational Interviewing to guide people on a healing path. She has experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss. Kaylin also has experience working specifically with women through infertility journeys and through hormonal irregularities causing issues with relationships, work, and mood disorders.
