As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, families & children affected by a wide variety of concerns. These include depression, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship issues, communication struggles, grief/loss, & trauma. Additional areas of need specific to children include: Parent-child relationship/attachment concerns, behavioral issues, developmental delays & adjustment to life changes (e.g. divorce, relocation). When working with children, I utilize a play based approach to provide a safe environment where they can process their feelings & experiences in a developmentally appropriate way.

Even though I use humor, I know the work can be difficult. I am honored to be part of that work with my clients and to have been with them while they change their future. I adapt my work to your needs. “Client centered” is natural to me. With some exceptions I do not believe “one size fits all.” The exceptions are that every one deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, honesty, and complete integrity.
