I work mainly with men, and adolescent boys ranging from ages 13-18. The main concentration of my practice centers around issues such as anxiety, depression, identity issues, ADHD and sexual addiction. Most of my clients come in needing someone they can relate to and trust, who will also provide professional guidance and insight as they navigate through a myriad of difficult life situations and maladaptive behaviors.

Hello, I'm Monique Mort (She/Her), and I'm a licensed therapist who is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all. I provide services for Individuals, Couples and Families. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been practicing therapy for over 15 years.

For over 30 years I have worked with adolescents and families seeking support with various life challenges. I specializes in adolescent and family relationship counseling, marriage, divorce, depression, addiction, sexual issues, and grief counseling.

My passion is to help others overcome challenges. All too often people struggle alone with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, faith crisis, and self-acceptance. For over ten years I have worked in higher education helping teens, young adults, and adults. During that time I provided academic advisement, social services, disability resources and services, and assisted high school students with early college success.
