I am a proud member of The Arizona Relationship Institute as well as Healthy Expressions. I believe in a collaborative approach to our journey together. I offer sessions for individuals and couples. Clients typically seek me out to heal the parts of them that are no longer serving them. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor. My office is located in Mesa near both the US-60 and Loop-101 freeways. I provide individual counseling, family counseling, coaching and group therapy for people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, pain, substance use or those interested in improving their lives by building on their strengths. I began working in the counseling field in 1996 and have experience in multiple levels of care including private practice, out patient clinics, residential treatment, acute hospitalization and detox.

As a former military psychologist (2001-2006), I had very broad and diverse exposure to many mental health conditions. I quickly learned to implement a variety of approaches to address the unique needs of my clients. My aim is to provide treatment tailored specifically to each client. No two people are exactly alike and their therapy shouldn't be either. Above all, I want to help you create lasting change and improvement.
