I take clients from all different backgrounds and presenting problems. Most of my clients have complex problems that start as internal struggles from depression, poor mood regulation, anxiety, racing thoughts, over-active anger, poor self-esteem, and judgment of self and others. These issues turn into interpersonal and relational problems that create felt chaos and cyclically feed those internal struggles. Clients often come in focusing on the outside chaos and miss the internal factors.

I specialize in working with teens and children aged 6 to 12 years old, focusing on emotional regulation, social skills development, anxiety management, depression, ADHD, and anger management. My approach is deeply individualistic, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Michelle works with complex trauma using EMDR, Structural Dissociation theory and SE. Michelle is a Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and financial/work disorders (CMAT). Michelle worked for 4.5 years as a therapist at The Meadows, a world-renown inpatient treatment facility and trained under Pia Mellody. Michelle works in private practice, assisting clients in addressing their childhood trauma, process/substance addictions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, rage/anger and PTSD. Michelle works with the veteran community and is a veteran herself.
