Sonoran Life Solutions is an outpatient counseling office with locations in Peoria and Goodyear. We offer some of the lowest private pay rates: $100 to see a Independently Licensed Therapist and $65 to see our amazing Life Coach or our counseling interns. We are a group of 21. We are licensed through the AZBBHE. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. We are open Mon-Fri 7a-9p and Sat from 8a-5p. We accept almost all insurance plans. We also accept most Employee Assistance Programs. SLS believes in making counseling services affordable for those who need it.

Seaun (Success Performance Consulting, LLC) works with performers that range from athletes, executive management leaders, military personnel, musicians, dancers, etc. Seaun also specializes in working with people who may struggle with mental health barriers that prohibits them from reaching their optimal peak performance level. These mental health barriers may consist of lack of focus, lack of attention, lack of motivation or needing their motivation influenced, anxiety, depression, past injuries, and negative self-talk. Coping skills will be taught and applied by performers who deal with stress/pressure during events and games.

I started my career working at a local non-profit agency with children ages 0-18 and their families, including biological, blended, foster, and adoptive. 4th Quarter Performance Consultants specializes in mental skills training and mental health counseling to athletes & non athletes by providing sport psychology and mental health services to Olympic, professional, collegiate, high school and youth/novice athletes. The goal is to help improve performance both on and off the field, mental health, and overall well-being. As a former collegiate & professional athlete, Dr. Griffin has specialized training and understands what it takes to maximize performance by offering in-person or virtual individual & team sessions, as well as workshops for parents, coaches, and sports organizations.
