I often remark on how much we keep tucked away and inside, hidden from view. Many of us have learned to put on a smile, keep going and yet there's deep pain inside that we keep pushing away-thinking there will be a better time to deal with it. And yet, it crops up. I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting the health and well being of my clients. For my undergraduate degree, I moved from Central Jersey (Yes! It exists!) to South Jersey to attend Stockton University. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Behavioral Neuroscience from Stockton, and then moved on to attend graduate school in Philadelphia. I received my Master of Social Work Degree with a clinical concentration from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice in May of 2020.

We offer some of the lowest private pay rates: $100 to see a Independently Licensed Therapist and $65 to see our amazing Life Coach or our counseling interns. We are a group of 21. We are licensed through the AZBBHE. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. We are open Mon-Fri 7a-9p and Sat from 8a-5p. We accept almost all insurance plans. We also accept most Employee Assistance Programs. SLS believes in making counseling services affordable for those who need it.
