Hello! My name is Gary Tenney. I am a licensed Psychologist in the Gilbert area. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults. I also provide some couples therapy. I am open to working with all situations, but I have extensive experience working with anxiety and depression. In my practice I utilize an approach that fits the needs of my clients. There is not a "one-size-fits" all approach that works for everyone and every issue, but I have found a lot of benefit utilizing principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

I am a Catholic Christian therapist who specializes in Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Trauma. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I approach therapy from the perspective that you are the expert in your life and my role as your therapist is to gently guide, support and provide you with the tools that you need to overcome the challenges that you face. I love panic disorder. I know this sounds weird, but I do. Why, because it is something that can be easily treated and quickly.
