I work with people who are ready to heal from their unresolved trauma. My clients might be experiencing other co-occurring mental health symptoms and/or substance use related to the trauma as well. This type of therapy can be emotionally intense, so it is important that the person is willing to face some discomfort in order to find the relief of healing. My clients insist on overcoming all of the things they have working against them in their lives. My clients are survivors and warriors who refuse to be held back by their trauma.

One of the bravest things that you can do, is to advocate for yourself. This can also be one of the most challenging things. If you find yourself feeling stuck or in need of support, therapy may be the boost that you need! In my sessions, I aim to create a space that is both comforting and collaborative to facilitate support, validation, and grace.
