I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I have worked and trained in a wide variety of professional settings including private practice, outpatient and inpatient treatment facilities (UCSD's Co-Occurring Disorders Clinic and the Community Research Foundation), college counseling centers, and post-doctoral studies at the San Diego Psychoanalytic Center where I have received advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Also, I am licensed in Arizona and California.

My primary professional focus is assisting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, marriage troubles, parenting issues, and those seeking guidance in exploring their values, navigating life transitions, and developing more effective mindsets.

Specializing in Eating Disorders, Addictions, and Relationship Issues, I have been working with individuals, couples, families, and businesses for over 30 years. As a client, you will learn how to find peace inside yourself without using something or someone outside yourself to feel better. You will learn how to connect with yourself and others on a deeper and more meaningful level. You will learn how to stay instead of running, to speak instead of shutting down, to forgive instead of punishing. You will learn to see your reflection in the face of another and love what you see.

These include being queer, a parent, a transplant from the midwest, and experiencing childhood trauma.
