I offer illumination of integral pieces along your path and help you to integrate these pieces to become a happier, healthier, more authentic you! I truly believe that each individual can heal from emotional pain and trauma. I am competent in a variety of theoretical approaches including: Psychodynamic, Transpersonal, Client centered, Humanistic, Gestalt, and CBT.

Lindsay Seals, an LMSW practicing at Beyond the Pines, is offering Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in partnership with Horses, Heroes, and Hope. Lindsay is being trained under the principals of Natural Lifemanship in order to aid individauls who are experiencing trauma responses, relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, challenging life transitions, and/or are in a state of overwhelm and are struggling to live balanced, healthy, and present lifestyles by developing deeper connection and relationship with oneself and their equine partners.

My ideal client seeks growth and healing, recognizing the value of introspection and self-improvement. They may be grappling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma, seeking to untangle complex emotions and develop coping strategies. Their need encompass a safe, empathetic space for introspection and coping strategies. Their goals include gaining insight, building resilience, and fostering healthier relationships. I take a humanistic approach to counseling and believe in partnering with my clients to help them find their strengths to be successful in tackling life's challenges. My style of therapy includes motivational interviewing, parts work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I enjoy working with adults and teenagers who have experienced symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, and perfectionism. I enjoy helping people create healthy habits and building mastery of new skills to create a more fulfilling life.

As a therapist I engage clients in cultivating their self compassionate voice and finding their strengths. Anna specializes in working with couples, individuals healing from eating disorders, families, members of the LGBTQIA community, survivors of trauma, individuals facing life transitions, chronic medical conditions, and a variety of mood disorders, particularly long-term depression and anxiety. Anna is committed to the deep work of healing through the body and would be honored to assist you on your self-growth journey.

My main specialty is adoption and attachment. I was adopted and have reunited with my birth parents and have worked with hundreds of adoptees as well as adoptive parents seeking to understand their child/young adult. I work best with those who are seeking insights into themselves. I can help guide you if you are looking to do some self exploration and find out why you keep repeating the same patterns. I have worked extensively with teens, young adults, and with parents. I have treated many families who are struggling with navigating issues related to family dynamics.

I am a specialist in working with couples to help them build closeness and safety. I am passionate about supporting people in living their most authentic lives, both in relationships and individually. I utilize an experiential therapy approach, embracing the belief that everyone has the ability for creating change for healthier relationships with others and self. I have experience working with children and families with culturally diverse backgrounds, including veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. I also have experience working with individuals on decreasing the daily impact of anxiety and depression and processing trauma.

The pregnant and postpartum periods are life changing and can be beautiful. However, they are also incredibly complex, can extend well beyond the first year after birth, and can present challenges that are different from anything else. The symptoms and diagnoses that accompany this life stage are unique, but entirely curable with help from a specially trained therapist. My specialty is perinatal (“around birth,” or the pregnant and postpartum periods) mental health, which includes perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), perinatal grief and loss, and birth trauma.

My offering is to walk with you through the many terrains of your becoming. I believe that every person has the capacity to heal. I believe that every person has an inner Wise One. I believe that the body is the rudder that guides all of these unfoldings. I work with the body and its felt sense to support the renegotiation of experiences that reside in the nervous system as a way to increase resiliency and experience aliveness and ease. My intention is to hold space with gentleness, compassion, safety, and attunement so that wounds are tended to and your most authentic self may emerge.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I have worked and trained in a wide variety of professional settings including private practice, outpatient and inpatient treatment facilities (UCSD's Co-Occurring Disorders Clinic and the Community Research Foundation), college counseling centers, and post-doctoral studies at the San Diego Psychoanalytic Center where I have received advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Also, I am licensed in Arizona and California.

I am a passionate advocate for diverse groups and am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Counselor Education. My research focuses on cultural humility and social justice advocacy. I am well-versed in the dynamics that contribute to behavioral health issues and mental health disparities. I have a deep compassion for the underserved and communities of color, and LGBTQI+ communities. I am trained in EMDR trauma therapy and work deeply with Attachment Theory and trauma-focused healing. As a former school counselor, I greatly understand systemic barriers, the impact of childhood experiences, and foundational issues that can impact one's life.
