Sonoran Life Solutions is an outpatient counseling office with locations in Peoria and Goodyear. We offer some of the lowest private pay rates: $100 to see a Independently Licensed Therapist and $65 to see our amazing Life Coach or our counseling interns. We are a group of 21. We are licensed through the AZBBHE. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. We are open Mon-Fri 7a-9p and Sat from 8a-5p. We accept almost all insurance plans. We also accept most Employee Assistance Programs. SLS believes in making counseling services affordable for those who need it.

I am a licensed psychotherpist in AZ and nationally certified. I am trained in various techniques that help with the resolution of trauma, abuse, neglect, addiction, and personality corrections. In addition, I can provide testing for behavioral, emotional, personality, and psychological concerns. As the clinical director, I coordinate and oversee our groups and IOP (intensive outpatient) programs. My team includes Spanish speaking services and the ability to work with those who have other concerns such as anxiey, bipolar, depression, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation as part of individual, group, IOP counseling.

McGady and Associates Psychological Services (MAAPS) provides a variety of clinical, forensic, consultation, supervision, and training services to the greater phoenix area. Clinical services include individual, couples', and family psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults to address a wide array of issues including depression, anxiety, parenting issues, anger issues, trauma and more. Psychological evaluations are another service provided by MAAPS to assist with diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. The types of evaluations offered include comprehensive, autism diagnostic and psychosexual evaluations.

I specialize in treating clients who are struggling with multiple addictions, mood regulation, trauma, behavioral, and relational issues. Many of my clients report struggling with trying to fill a void, feeling lost, or stuck. This may show up as some sort of unhealthy coping mechanism such as an addiction, unhealthy relationships, or a behavioral issue. Only temporary relief may be found until the true underlying issues are addressed. Together we can uncover what is underneath your struggles and address what we find.
