This includes helping parents learn parenting techniques specific to their child and learn how to work with the school to create accommodations to help. I also work with children (age 2 and up), youth, young adults and adults regarding anxiety, trauma, depression, adoption and working through change of life stages. Finally, I can bring my experience with all ages together to help improve family communication and dynamics. My dogs work with me to help clients feel welcome and to reduce anxiety in sessions.

Roxanna Teeling has over a decade of experience with dual master's degrees. She uses trauma informed methods such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Sand Tray, and Psychoanalysis. Specializing in individual, couples, women's issues, depression, and anxiety. Roxanna offers psychotherapy with compassion and care In order to create a more happy, fulfilling life. Working with people to overcome unnecessary attachments, change neural networks, and cope with daily symptoms experienced as feelings of depression, anxiety, and other disorders is her passion. She also has a women's group, a men's group, and an Eckhart Tolle group, both in person and online.

Maryellen Romero is a Neuropsychologist in Arizona who has been practicing since 2008. She has a Ph.D. from Drexel University, completed her Internship in Clinical Psychology with Neuropsychology specialization from Tulane University School of Medicine, and her Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical and Forensic Neuropsychology from Tulane University School of Medicine. Maryellen's ultimate clinical goal is to help patients more fully understand their cognitive and emotional functioning and the ways in which they can take control of and improve their cognitive and psychological health.

For more than 17 years, I have dedicated myself to supporting teenagers, adults, and families in the field of social service and behavioral health. Throughout my career, I have also had the privilege of working as a special education teacher and vocational counselor, where I focused on assisting individuals with a wide range of physical and mental health disabilities and diagnoses. It has been a rewarding experience to contribute to the well-being and empowerment of those I have had the opportunity to serve. As a Master Level Intern, working under supervision, I continue to to provide quality care to those that I serve.

I believe there is hope for anyone who is seeking help both individually and relationally. Sometimes our emotions interfere with us living our best life. It is often necessary to regulate our emotions so that we speak clearly and directly. Ms. Rosa Ruales has a Juris Doctor Degree, a Master in Business Administration, and a Master Degree in Marital, Couple, and Family Counseling, which she graduated with distinction. Caroline Olotu is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner. She sees both Adults and Children. She specializes in psychiatric mental health care, specializing in the evaluation & treatment of ADHD and related disorders such as anxiety, depression, test anxiety, insomnia, depression, PTSD and Bipolar disorder. We provide medication management if you’re already taking Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or other ADHD medications, after an initial evaluation, we can provide refills for your medication.
