STAR is a 9 day/9 night healing retreat. We do four retreats per year. Our retreats are based on Pre and Perinatal Psychology. We provide an emotionally safe and supportive environment in which a participant can begin to drop his or her mask and defenses, reconnect to his heart and feelings, and get back in touch with her authentic self and essence. The STAR process works with grief, anger issues, anxiety, depression, and other issues that can benefit from reconnecting experientially with one's heart and essence.

With over 30 years experience in individual and couple psychotherapy, I learned to tailor my treatment to the SPECIFIC needs of each person or couple. I help patients identify dynamics that hold them back and keep them isolated and unfulfilled.
