Hi! I graduated from Arizona State University in 2012 with my Masters in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I have over 20 years experience in the Mental Health Field. I am dedicated to fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore the unique challenges you are facing. With over a decade of experience, I have assisted countless individuals grow, heal and develop into the person they desire to be. I specialize in treating trauma, addiction, depression and anxiety. I have been trained by some of the biggest leaders in trauma and have extensive experience working with trauma survivors.

I enjoy working with families struggling with interpersonal relationships, pre and post marital issues, communication difficulties, substance abuse, and trauma. I have experience working with individuals dealing with addictions and recovery, depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self esteem, grief, anger management, self harming issues, and borderline personality disorder.

I believe in the importance of relationships and connecting with others in the healing process. I find my passion in working with children and their families to improve challenges that may be negatively affecting relationships and the family constellation. Everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life, I feel it is important to meet others where they are at in their journey and provide a nurturing and supportive environment to allow healing and personal growth. Whether a child or adult, we all need someone to hold a space for understanding that life can be difficult and connecting with others for support is courageous.

My style is to meet patients where they are and to be as honest and transparent as possible. I will not sugar coat challenges or obstacles, I will however help you to identify ways to overcome them. I don’t pretend to have all the answers and when I don’t have an answer I’ll help you navigate through it and finding one.

As a pastoral counselor (not a state-licensed psychologist), I work with women, families, and couples seeking to root out the problems they are experiencing and find solutions. I work specifically with women to bring wholeness and confidence in who God made them to be and to become grounded in the true source of life-giving joy.
