I began my work in Early Childhood Development and worked with children birth-12 years old and later focused my work to include adolescents and the needs of this unique age group. I specialize in family therapy, grief, anger management, ADHD, social skill difficulties, spectrum disorders, anxiety difficulties, and early childhood traumas including, sexual abuse and child abuse. With over 24 years as a psychologist in the mental health field, I provide compassionate & evidenced-based treatment to children, adolescents, adults who feel overwhelmed, out-of-sorts, anxious and / or dysregulated.

I graduated from Arizona State University in 2007 with a Masters in Social Work, and became licensed by the state of Arizona in September 2012. I have over 15 years of experience working with teenagers and young adults. My clients often come to me because of issues relating to anxiety, divorce, depression and or trauma. I am also happy to provide both support and education for those individuals diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. I enjoy advocating for proper emotional support but also resources for this increasing community.
