I specialize in working with individuals and couples who struggle connecting with themselves or each other. Many of my clients have difficulty navigating life transitions, perfectionism, people-pleasing, harsh self-criticisms, fears of failure or losing control, or feeling empty or broken inside. I work from an integrated and experiential perspective. I support you in going deeper to understand how the emotional truths that implicitly guide the way you experience the world may be keeping you stuck. I help you connect more intimately with yourself and support you in developing new skills and strategies that help you navigate life more meaningfully.
