My motto is “find beauty in chaos” which means being open to looking on the bright side, embracing the healing process, and committing to growth daily despite the chaos happening in our lives.
I practice from a CBT approach to help my clients begin challenging the negative thoughts and beliefs that have become central to their wellbeing. I empower my clients to write their own narratives to separate themselves from their past or current problem areas. I believe every client is capable and deserving of the best.
