My therapy style is eclectic, combining interventions: psychodynamic (processing past trauma/how that has impacted you), person-centered (allowing you to take the lead on narrating your life story), humanistic (helping you find your authentic self/the most fulfilling life), & EMDR (helping you heal from trauma using eye movements and brain work).
