I am currently offering neuro feedback sessions with the Neuroptimal machine. You do not need to have brain mapping done to utilize this machine. It is dynamic in that it reads your brain in present time while you are on the machine and actively brings it the set point. Neuroptimal promotes healthy sleep habits and sleep management, improves mental acuity, I notice that those who use the machine are able to cut through the fog of anxiety and have more good days then bad.
In today's world, people miss their exits, they didn't taste the cookie they just ate, they are so busy making sure their child's birthday party is perfect that the child gets lost. I have extensive experience helping clients of all ages, including children who are sensory delayed.
People who practice Awarefullness find it improves their listening skills and reading retention. They feel calmer, their anger diffuses and their anxiety lessens. They are happy and begin to make choices that lead them to greater happiness. I watch people take their power back!
