It is my intention is to guide you through a process of awakening to who you truly are, so that you may begin to live life with a sense of aliveness, trust, purpose and peace of mind. In our work together we will explore, question and slowly dismantle the blocks to your Authenticity. We will exam your thoughts and beliefs and identify behaviors that are no longer serving you. I will help you become aware of the thoughts and feelings that arise in your experience. You will come to realize that by taking responsibility for what you think, believe and do, you actually have a choice.
I am a Certified Gestalt Psychotherapist and Licensed Art Educator. I work with the following approaches during our sessions: Gestalt Therapy, Relational Talk Therapy, Guided Imagery, Somatic Experiencing, Dreamwork, Mindfulness Practices & Art Therapy. I offer Integration Therapy sessions and Walk-and-Talk Therapy sessions in the Huntington area.
I believe that our relationships can be repurposed as a pathway to healing, if both involved have a similar goal of Loving acceptance and connection. In light of this, I see our therapeutic relationship as sacred because of its shared goal of healing each and every time we show up for one another.
