I often work with people who feel emotionally overwhelmed towards building a vibrant and grounded relationship with their feelings. My specialities are working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic pain. I have several years of experience and training offering sex therapy through a queer and trans lens.
As a trans therapist, I specialize in working with my community of queer and trans folks, and performing artists. I'm also a theatre artist and the last ten years of my research has focused on actors’ mental health. Through my research, I created and now facilitate a program which teaches actors skills for exiting emotion and character.
