I work with adults of all ages dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship stresses, feeling "stuck," identity issues, sexuality, major life-transitions, negative patterns, and grief/loss. I also draw on my corporate/legal background to help with job/career stresses and goals -- executives and professionals find my prior experience as an attorney to be quite helpful. I bring a spirit of creativity to our work, and encourage curiosity and humor whenever possible.
My style is collaborative, non-judgmental, and productively challenging. I use a combination of approaches including "talk therapy" and experiential techniques tailored to the unique needs of each person in the moment. I have advanced training in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).
