I have 15 over years of experience including 10 years experience in community mental health. I help people understand and change their own stories, feelings and patterns. I specialize in PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, BPD and Mood Disorders. DBT and EMDR are two of the methods I find most useful, combined with my compassion for everyone’s unique current state.
