Adulthood can generally mean transitions, complex relationships, self-doubt, and uncertainty. Unfortunately, nobody told us how to navigate all of this and it can feel really challenging to balance all of the responsibilities. I meet you where you’re at and we work to add tools to your toolbox in a safe and non-judgmental space. I want to work with you to help you discover a peaceful relationship with yourself.
I specialize in working with young adults who struggle with life transitions, relationships, work/life stress, mood concerns, body image concerns, disordered eating, and/or eating disorders. My approach to treatment is client-centered, individualized, and incorporates CBT & DBT principles. But the heart of our work is the therapeutic relationship.
Sometimes, our life becomes more about pleasing others or being the person that you think you need to be in order to be accepted or loved. Therapy with me is a space for you to feel safe, accepted, and enough. My hope is to support you through life’s challenges in a way that honors your experiences and values while encouraging growth.
