Welcome! I specialize in working with individuals who have a current or past relationship with religion, spirituality or faith communities. This may mean that you want to bring your faith into the therapeutic space, are questioning your relationship with faith, or have been hurt or betrayed by religion and/or religious figures. How we relate to God/spirituality can have a rippling effect throughout our life, starting from larger aspects like identity, community and politics to more minute details such as our day to day behavior and internalized beliefs about ourselves and our world. Wherever you are, we will walk through it together
My warm, compassionate, and open style helps foster a safe environment where subconscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings are free to surface, allowing us to delve deeper into—and start to expand—the Self. I draw on on aspects of multiple modalities, including psychoanalysis, internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy, and dream work.
I believe that therapy - a relationship of witnessing, holding, remembering, exploring, and discovering - can be a transformative space for the unfolding of our selves. I am here to support you on your path towards reconnecting with your wholeness, whatever that looks like and means to you.
