Change happens in an accepting and nonjudgmental environment. I have a Master's Degree in Community Counseling and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I work with individuals with depression, anxiety, relational issues, mood issues, life changes, addiction, grief and trauma concerns. My approaches are strength based and gleaned from a reality and solution focus as well as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches.
It is my hope that my experience along with your willingness to seek wellness will provide a positive experience.
