I help couples and individuals who are navigating a significant relationship challenge, such as infidelity, where partners are struggling with feelings that interfere with connection and intimacy. My clients may also be working to reconcile additional stressors with their partner, such as LGBTQ+ or kink-identity, mismatched orientations, or ethical non-monogamy. They seek therapy to rebuild trust, manage anxieties, and integrate their authentic selves into relationship. Often, the goal is to create a relationship where partners are accepted, cherished, and feel a genuine and fulfilling connection.

I use my own genuineness and warmth, as well as my clinical focus on relationship therapy, to offer support for those facing difficult interpersonal challenges. I draw from Imago and Gottman relationship methods, as well as CBT, IFS, and ACT to help couples recover from infidelity, increase physical and emotional intimacy, and decrease co-dependency.
