I enjoy working with individuals of all abilities. However, my passions include working with adolescents, individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals who experience anxiety or depression. I enjoy building rapport with my clients and using the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist as the foundation of my clinical approach. I believe that a safe environment, where one can be completely themselves without judgement, and a listening ear are the most crucial elements in bringing about therapeutic change.
I work through the use of CBT and person centered therapy. My therapeutic approach is client centered, meaning whatever you need, that is the work we will get into. My goal is to hold space and allow you to feel comfortable as we talk about things that may be distressing and require vulnerability.
I believe that everyone is deserving of a nonjudgmental space to freely express themselves. I look forward to being able to work with you!
