I have helped many individuals who have experienced great loss in their lives, feel discouraged, hate themselves, have childhood wounds, and who struggle with various stressors and anxieties from life.
I work with helping people identify maladaptive thoughts, reframe their beliefs and shifting their focus on their goals and positive aspects of their lives through CBT methods. I am trained in brainspotting phase 1 which I use to help people with any form of trauma, fibromyalgia, or nervous system issues. I am Gottman level 1 trained for couples therapy.
I love working with people who feel they are at a place ready to work through the pain they've been carrying around for years or who are ready to establish healthy boundaries in their lives to increase the strength within themselves to becoming their true authentic selves. My goal as a therapist to support, educate, encourage, and help anyone ready to grow.
