I specialize in working with couples and individuals. I bring a direct yet caring approach to my solutions focused work with clients. I focus on providing a nonjudgmental space for them to talk about their challenges and support clients in finding their own solutions. I work with individual adults dealing with a myriad of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, major life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and grief. In our work together, I help my clients in identifying patterns in their lives that are causing pain, frustration, and loss of identity and work to build authentic confidence.
In my work with couples, I focus on building communication and conflict resolution skills, increasing connection, as well as regaining trust. I provide a non-judgmental space for my clients to have the conversations necessary for their relationships to flourish.
Together we work to increase each couple’s “relationship toolbox” so clients have more helpful tools at their disposal to constructively work through conflict. I also offer premarital counseling. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort where I can help clients process difficult experiences and work to achieve their personal goals.
