Everyone goes through a challenging time in their lives and it can be overwhelming on how to overcome the obstacles we experience. These experiences can often lead us to feel depleted and exhausted. As a clinician, I am devoted in helping those who need direction in their lives and find the root to their problem and help solve them. I am eager to walk with you in your therapeutic journey and begin to feel like your true self again.
I am a bilingual psychotherapist who provides treatment for adolescents, young adults and adults. Using integrative and person-centered approaches has allowed to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, encourage clients for lasting changes and maintain for continued growth. I provides services in both Spanish and English.
I acknowledge that therapy can be a hard step to take in your healing journey. As a clinician, I am able to provide a gentle, warm, free of judgement environment to openly explore thoughts, emotions and feelings and accomplish positive change.
