Drawing from a compassion-focused lens, a systems-based perspective, and a strengths-based approach, I tailor my methods to meet your needs, I often incorporate somatic techniques to enhance our work together. I offer guidance to a wide range of concerns - sexuality and intimacy, substance use and recovery, stress management/skill-building, and trauma work.
