Life can be hard but talking to a counselor doesn't need to be. My experience and education allows me to provide a non judgmental space to talk openly with ease. I am able to provide counseling approaches that will specifically support you based on your needs and will continue to adjust myself as needed to be the best support I can be.
I am knowledgeable of a variety of treatment methods as well as how they can be used. I gravitate towards Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Narrative Therapy and Solution-focused therapy. An individual’s goals and needs will determine the treatment method utilized.
