Welcome! I’m Aundi, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults and teens navigate transitions and stress in their lives. I love working with those who are ready to make a change in their lives. My goal as a practitioner is to provide a safe space where you can express yourself and to empower you with the skills to positively impact your life.
I work with individuals and their families facing a wide range of issues. My areas of clinical focus are anxiety and depression. I often work well with clients who exhibit behaviors such as difficulty with sleep, excessive worry, feeling overwhelmed in social situations, and struggling with negative thoughts.
Although seeking help can be challenging, the healing journey can also be insightful, exciting and life changing. Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing on your healing journey, if you feel like I may be the right fit for your needs, I’d like to be of help. I encourage you to reach out. It would be a privilege to help you navigate your healing journey.
