I am taking new clients in California, and focusing on psychedelic prep, integration, and facilitation within psychotherapy both individually and in a group. I can support you in better understanding your symptoms and behaviors, and help you to move through the stages of change. I use a person-centered approach to help clients access their inner-guide and believe that we all carry the answers we need for ourselves.
I have 14 years of experience as a psychotherapist using psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, and Buddhist informed interventions. I am certified in psychedelic psychotherapy from Naropa University, have a master's in social work from Hunter College and my undergrad is Evergreen State College.
