I support clients in restoring their connection to themselves and others in the ways that are important to them. I have an eclectic and collaborative approach, and believe there are many ways to grow and change when faced with life’s hurdles.
My strengths-based approach is strongly informed by Narrative and Motivational Interviewing practices. I have had the privilege of working with adults and adolescents in a variety of clinical settings, and am passionate about supporting others. My more specific areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to major life transitions.
