Our work will originate in the here and now—what is present in your life currently, learning to meet what shows up with care and compassion. I love counseling those in transition— be that career, gender, or otherwise and draw from feminist, existential, Buddhist, and somatic frameworks and work from a trauma-informed lens.
I provide counseling to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. My specialties include those with chronic health issues and chronic pain and all the complexity that can bring, depression and anxiety, grief, trauma and existential questions. I am dedicated to working with LGBTQ folx and have extensive experience with trans and enby individuals.
I grew up in New York and have lived in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Missouri, Southeast Asia, and other places. I am a parent and have been a part of the LGBTQAI+ community since I was a teenager. I worked as a photographer for 20 years in the US and abroad.
