I specialize in working with folks who have experienced grief, loss, and childhood trauma. I love, love working with trauma and am passionate about holding space for folks suffering with child loss. My ideal client is someone who is really ready to work on themselves; ready to dig deep and get to the root of their challenges. Life is inherently painful, without a doubt. I can't take away your pain - but my hope is to help you to alleviate unnecessary suffering. I really leverage my personality as a therapist. I come to session as a full human, and I give you full permission and encourage you to do the same.
I prefer in-person therapy, as trauma therapy is tough (for me) to do online. If you’re ready to start your healing journey, please don’t hesitate to contact me. You don’t have to go through this alone.
Note: I enjoy playing with different colors in my hair, and don’t usually dress professionally. If that will make you uncomfortable (and you don’t want to work through that discomfort), I may not be the right therapist for you.
