I love working with individuals who want to dig deeper in their self-exploration. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression or having challenges with life transitions and difficulties with coping to adjustments.
I have practiced clinical social work for over 30 years. I have received specialized training in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I utilize Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Client Centered Therapies. I also enjoy incorporating energy healing and mindfulness practice.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental, honest, culturally sensitive, and respectful space for your individualized journey. It is exciting to see clients have “lightbulb moments” and discover that "there are other ways of being". I understand that change can be scary and challenging…but it is possible with the right support and encouragement.
