My approach is rooted in collaboration and trust. I want to help you challenge negative beliefs, build self-compassion, and open avenues of self-growth. Through cognitive and experiential approaches I help you reconnect to your emotions and intentionally engage with parts of yourself that may feel stuck or overwhelming.
