With a trauma-focused approach, I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I work with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. I collaborate closely with clients to help them achieve their goals, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each person.
Beyond my graduate internship at MTZ Counseling, I have experience with the University at Albany Middle Earth Crisis Hotline as a responder and trainer instructor. I supported callers with issues related to active crises, relationships, life transitions, gender and sexuality concerns, disability, and eating disorders.
I use Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients examine personal patterns and achieve lasting change. This process promotes the integration of positive coping mechanisms into daily routines, enhances self-understanding, and supports ongoing improvement in managing symptoms.
