In her practice, Audrey utilizes Person-Centered Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Diagnostic Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Based approaches.
Audrey has a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Audrey aims to combine her education, clinical experience, and core values rooted in human connection, resilience and healing towards her work with individual clients. Audrey is a Supervisee in Social Work and is supervised by Carissa Francis, LCSW.
