I have been fortunate to be able to work in many different areas of mental health. This has allowed me to gain experience in all age ranges, from children to the elderly. I really enjoy working with adolescents through adults, by helping them through life changes, self discovery, and development of positive coping skills.
I spend a lot of time researching and studying the ever-changing field of mental and behavioral health via books, journals, peer interaction, and conferences. My desire is to utilize this information to continue to better myself and, in turn, help my clients to reach a better understanding of themselves and the environment they live.
